Middle distance training in Nåsten, i adapted a bit to make it fit with plan from Bash. first half about race speed, with a nice overspeed bit at the last two controls where i climbed aboard the Mats train. then overspeed intervals on the last section, the one through the big marsh was a killer... legs felt great still, great to finally feel fast and strong! so even if it all goes tits up, at least i know it was going well at some point. guessed the time, but it fet like i wasnt out so long (5.2km but in quick forest and overspeed)
