Small race near Rotebro. The plan was not to push soo hard but to go through the routines well for some confidence. So i made a mess of all but two of the controls. Not joking, ages since ive been that bad!! Guess it'll just have to be taking positives, i did well on the ones that were td3, so i hope woc long is all like that ;-)

Middle distance training in Nåsten, i adapted a bit to make it fit with plan from Bash. first half about race speed, with a nice overspeed bit at the last two controls where i climbed aboard the Mats train. then overspeed intervals on the last section, the one through the big marsh was a killer... legs felt great still, great to finally feel fast and strong! so even if it all goes tits up, at least i know it was going well at some point. guessed the time, but it fet like i wasnt out so long (5.2km but in quick forest and overspeed)

Sprint Relay training at Lysekil. Had to work extra hard when i took some bad routes, also running 2-4 and had to go back for 3. All the hills, all the time... Was planning extra intervals too but have a blister under one of my toes that was hurting a bit too much. needs taking better before next hard training.

Also travelling back to Uppsala. Think i'll get there too late for more training (and it's a bit breezy in sweden today, maybe that will affect things) so it'll have to be restart tomorrow and some good resting til then.
