i made a contingency plan to deal with my breaking body. knee a load better but i have somehow jarred my back, hurt so much to get up this morning and sore after too. but i went to Tveteskogen and took some medium efforts up the hills, trotting about on the tops in between. took a map but no course or compass. nice to explore, feel at home here now.

Tried the middle distance but i guessthe best way to kick an injury is get another... Hit knee earlieer and now it hurts a lot on the steep areas, of which there are many. Bailedto the road, which is fine. Hope spring training can start properly sometime...!

Training with Halden &Co at Iddefjordfjella. Good fun and more i3 at the start but when alone later much easier to take it easy and faff. Crap in the circles.
