shortened long distance. i was still a bit stupid ("no Cat it goes four, FIVE, six...") but pushed really hard and did the whole course today! some nice terrain but plenty of tough sand running

ran to the airport to meet Annika. really bad idea from perspective of running well tomorrow but you always feel like a boss running to an airport.
saw some nice touristy things, awesome looking bakeries and Daniel Hubmann.

basic core. aiming to keep up with this over the trip! feeling a bit crap but it was a 4hr 30 flight then air conditioned hotel room too. tough times ;-)

Sprint training. Really hungry, a bit longer than expected since breakfast. i actually skipped the second part of the session to buy and eat lunch :-O

putting out tapes at Hjortmossberget before i leave. went much quicker than expected :-) hope my footprints have melted by Saturday but i left some flase trails just in case. otherwise evening flight to Lisbon and the work starts tomorrow!

recovered yet? nope. easy round by the wool shop. half expected this, which is why no hard sessions were really planned until i get to Lisbon. good idea to miss the weekend's afternoon naps to hang out and watch xc skiing/downhill skiing/Zoolander/various of Sara's favourite reality shows? i regret nothing!
