(some of it orienteering but less serious, though going for good sprint flow, which was mostly working) Lucia-O with Linne. highlight was Sam's fika at the finish :-) thanks! nice to run and chat too.

i thought this would work out a longer training but will go ahead with the rest afternoon anyway, been looking forward to it!

got the chance to try and take up the speed by joining Jan and Albin for 10km tempo, though i ran with them for about 300m of it, they were a little ahead of their schedule to begin with and i was a little behind. nice to get dragged out anyway, took the girly cut-off but felt like a good session to get done. and in thime to watch skiing, which is definitley the most important thing with training in winter in sweden.

hills at Slottsbacken. i took the power hills option, short ones with long recoveries then some up the steps too, even shorter but longer paces to fit the steps

threshold on the track. had to take a longer than planned break half way to run off to the toilet by the Bandy pitch but apart from that it went great, no trouble to stay a little ahead of schedule even when it was icy and i had to take the bends quite wide. fun to do and to get done. will think about taking up the pace for next time.

drills atthe track. think a response to the heatwave, feeling much better than last week and surprisingly fine after the weekend. some improvement in drills.
