bailed my own session! decided i should wait til tomorrow/tues for anything tough. luckily have already amassed an okay amount of time for medium-hard training this week. hill + flat sprints, accel. and decel. instead. felt like a good idea.

easy round Vinterrejset in Stadsskogen. acually really good fun once we got #2 out of the way, much less frustrating when you're only going slowly ;-) Johan is a master of OCAD trickery.

Fredagsmys in Lunsen, really fun though it was raining heavily when we started. hanging loop B and running loop C went really badly but after that it got much better.

kicked a heavy rock with the top of r. foot. a bit cut but should be okay (note to self incase it kicks off in next few days, this is probably why)

Plan B, think i put down my gymcard in a portal to another dimension? went to play in Nåsten instead. easy pace technique, good to run as intervals, meant improvement as i went (pretty low standard to start ;-) ) bit nippy in the marshes now

Night O in Lunsen. "i'll take that as my hard training"... aahahaha nope, i'm not good enough yet for that. got from A to B but speed wasn't exactly high... started quite well but gradually lost confidence. more practice needed!

tisdagsbana g. wondered why i felt so unsafe and couldnt afford time to keep any contact with the map even from early on, felt like i had no light, then went to turn it off right at the end and found it was on the small beam. oops :-) enjoyable run out anyway, good threshold section on the track back to Hågaby. full thing hanging on to Josef and Olle N (only just at times) but i warmed down once we got the the river, they kept going fast all the way to KG.
