another easy group run. well that turned out a big week. will be resting a bit more now or national team will be mad when it's time to get tested and im knackered.

Track! first half of a tough day. cut the session from 5 sets (planned it before i found a hot date for Rodhenloppet tonight), 4x 900 (45s) 300 (90s). longer rests longer near the end, we were trying to hold together as a group even though we all run a little different paces. so much better with company! schedule was 3min/55s and ran the first in 2.51 (oops) then round 2.55s / 51-2s. even got pacemaking from Alex on the last too. nice session :-)

hanging reflexes in lunsen in the dark is tough, especially when you know the group will notice if you hang something wrong... 1:5,000 loops where you hang one then run the rest as intervals (i was just running easy). really fun, half good and half quite bad but so keen to get the night o better this winter!

bit sneaky but thought Alex should go to Lunsen in the daytime too. controls still out from last week so i took the other gaffling, nice training. not always the best direction but moderate success, no big squiggles.

Hills with Linne. i ran 5x Slottbacken "long" route incl. the flat courtyard at the top, then we ran 1x3min on the way home. nice, felt 50 times better running with a group. hanging onto the boys' coattails most of the session.

easy day but it's my training tonight! hung controls at Stenhagen. out much longer but megafaff, my own fault for choosing control sites in tiny indistinct reentrants

Tisdagsbana! yessssssssssss. easing into it tonight, so one of the few where i didnt get dropped. kept moderate amount of contact for most of it, we all ended up the rong side of rödmossan at one point though...
