Smålandskavlen. we were just there for fun and good practice! i slept a ytotal of about 30mins last night so it was interesting... good to begin with but felt concentration slipping as i went, like to think it was to do with that? pleased to have good push in the legs though. completely lost the plot at 11 when i got a stick to the eye. ooouch. also not seeing 7 and running an extra loop, wt... fun weekend tho! :-)

slept in. not surprisingly quite tired after yesterday's exploits, so just easy down Hågadalen to Lurbo then back via Nåsten. it's got milder again after being chilly and i keep wearing way too many clothes.

another demoralising intervals training. 3x1600 + 400. only just managed 5:30s on the first 2 long ones then collapsed to a 5:35 on the last. ffs. 82s/lap should be fine. 400s quite okay though: 74, 74, 73. still i dont feel like theres anything wrong, good energy and motivation, just cant run the times, lungs not playing the game. will canvas linne for company next week to see if it makes a difference.

it's that time of year, night O in Lunsen. good "head up and scan for reflex" skills saved me when i was well off to just about every control. got round though, that'll have to be enough for today. kept falling over when trying to look at map but felt good generally.

pre running Ulf S's gubbebana in Hammarskog. Rough in parts but nice in others. the week's medium-hard training, not always great keeping direction on the longer legs but picking was fine.
