short track session, Inverness. really windy and felt like crap warming up, moaned a lot and was sure id never meet the target times. luxury with coaching team McLeod and Street there to help tho and once going the times were under target. 2x1km (3:07, 3:09), then 5x400m (72, 72, 72, 71, 72). pleased i managed to dig in even though i was in such a mood beforehand, good feedback.
