SMT#2, long course in Lunsen where i adapted for my marsh running requirements. much more in the mood for running than orienteering anyway. i think i'm restless having spent a few weeks in one country. nearly time to start putting that right.

American football this time. ffs. planned to join some of the others for usual friday night track fun but when i got there early for an extra 2km threshold and Studenternas was full i just carried on to Österängen and did what was the original plan, 4x2km. i think this is really more of a winter session but ive never done it before and it's the kind of thing that's not too much hard work on your own ;-) was aiming for estimated threshold (7:20s) but discipline fairly crap so ended up 7:05, 7:05, 6:58, 6:56 including some extra running round the small children having football practice, and their coaches and parents, who kept wandering about in lane 1. not feeling too hard work, no lactic but still had to engage post track crawl gear on the way home.

argh i was gonna go down to Studenternas for intervals but there was a school athletics competition. deferred to evening. drills and skills by the river instead.

is the track free yet? no, they're playing football. new try tomorrow...ran about in Stadsskogen instead, some short hills but creepy man next to short hill meant this too was not so fun. luckily bbq with linne afterwards saved the day :-)

collected the Hitta ut at Stabby then to Ekeby for shower at F&S and doctor for a blood test. no infection and no temperature, so i will keep training :-)

felt quite okay, cough a bit better. so i hope i got lucky and will be okay now. though no hard training til at least Thursday.
