Great Tower, middle training. mostly okay, one mess. nice with a Lidar map! i was going to run a second session but was tired, cold and hungry, so headed straight home instead.

Trains at Rusland. three running hard, one easy. not orienteering v well by myself, feeling really bad (though running okay i think, but im worried, it's been a whole week of feeling tired :-( )

long distance training at Haverthwaite. no compass, trying to get good plans. might have pushed a little harder when following the guys up the hills... but felt better than this morning, still tired but more "normal" tired

short interval ladder with Linné. 5x15s, 3x30, 2x60, 120, 180 and back down. felt really tired before and up til 2nd 3min, then fine. probably wasnt great idea to push hard then, we'll see what happens now...!
