*start grumble* housemate leaving for work(?) at 7 so usual drawn out routine of hair drying/blending breakfast/clanking about starting at 5.30. need some better sound insulation for my room, couldnt sleep through any of it :-( so started the day feeling shiiiite. *stop grumble*

Hågadalen, temped into Nåsten too - not so good in road shoes - and KBH.

feeling better after nap this aft. have got used to this again and could have gone on for longer but have the year's most important pairs night race tomorrow night and should save the energy for that. very serious business.

night sprint, Blodan and surrounding forest. really good. aim was to always plan ahead and i kept this quite well, though it was hard to always think ahead as there was a lot of slippery wet ground so you had to think a lot about staying on your feet. felt like an improvement on night form. slipped a bit but only minor superficial damage. lots of places you had to take care but equally some places to stretch out and run a bit too :-)

Tisdagsbana O http://www.oklinne.nu/documents/documents_open.php... - all of it! remembering that Tuesday feeling - knackered! but actually felt okay out there, not any teeth gritting going on and still ran the whole thing (fairly easy pace, especially as the boys dropped me just as it was getting faster - i got stuck in some green and by the time i freed myself they were gone). nice start to the winter!

rockgympa. missed the things that were most arm work, my shoulder is feeling really unstable and i'd rather it stayed in joint :-(
