Vårdsätraskogen, Linné training. actually much of the same as i did with OLHÖ on tuesday (i stole today's training for them, we're quite limited with the forests we can run in just now due to älgjakt). fine when not trying to run on memory, which didnt work at all, so a good test of discipline. until it got dark (gloomy rainy afternoon, dark early), then it wasnt so nice to run off the tracks.
morning off (!) to battle with OCAD/the KG laptops but then 2x backbana (600m climb total, plus the same downhill). to and from home. maybe hill training in uppsala not such a laughable idea.

warm up, -down, shadowing in Vårdsätraskogen. clear sign of tiredness, climbing about in the minibus and shoulder decided it had had enough of being in joint. luckily it went back in tho so we were just a little late to training
