Running - easy long 1:53:00 [1]

urgh i cant remember ever struggling so much on an easy run! home-RHB on the cinder track, then a bit further, then down to Boggle Hole and back along the cliffs. some short, fierce climbs. there is something wrong with my gluts/top of hamstrings and i cant lift my legs easily. every step was hard work, right from the beginning. also started in full tights and long sleeved thermal, then the sun came out so i was quite overheated. not quite sure what to do about the pain but it's worst when im sitting down so i think it might be back related?
