10mila.i ran unbelievably badly, it was like a nightmare. i was quite ashamed of my race but luckily no one else was nearly as harsh. not keen for more relays though :-(

Hitta ut in Nåsten. lovely afternoon and i was the only person in the forest! lots on terrain, just taking it easy. couldnt believe it but there was still one patch of snow in there...

3x short loops in Norbyskogen with the juniors (filling in for a sick Elisa. They were also all (!?) feeling not so great so we didnt do much at all.

Getting excited about 10mila now! steady hitta ut run to clear head. highlight when a guy on a bike said i had "bra tempot", low point getting lost in Stadsskogen.

Out in Lunsen for 10mila training. i won't call this orienteering, i spent about this time running hard in the terrain and the rest standing about wondering where i was :-( no virus in system any more but no brain either. argh.

woken up feeling almost-sick, a bit of a stuffy nose. i think i'd normally train but this week isn't a good time to take risks. surveying in the sun instead!
