Middle race on amazing terrain, so so technical, steep and tough. not feeling like i was pushing hard but i couldnt have moved much faster. orienteering however wasnt going so well, never felt like i got to grips with how to tackle this terrain. not taking enough time anywhere! frustrating.

travelling to Lakes for some snow free terrain with team GB! good celeb spotting today (queueing with Petter Northug) but unfortunately this is not such a big name drop in the uk as in scandinavia...

Treadmill intervals, trying to get used to running harder again, but this went so badly :-( i couldnt push so hard and my calves were so tight so didnt really end up a proper session.

whats wrong? i think i mainly just need some harder orienteering traiing and some new shoes to feel better and get back to feeling like im making progress again. both these coming soon...

Spinning plus some extra after. should have done the extra before cos i pushed hard in the class so felt sick for most of the rest.

tempted to go to Tisdagsbana but i bet it was minging...

much much later than intended! had planned to do something maybe a bit quicker but everything in my lower legs is getting quite tight from so much ice running so just minimal and a good stretch. some cross training again tomorrow to avoid problems. hopefully some forest soon...
