Orienteering - hard intervals 25:00 [4]

Sprintervals round Stenhagen. Really enjoyed this. Aim was to use my own brain even when we ran mass starts, important as it was gaffled. not perfect but much better than most night trainings this winter! feeling more in control, when i did catch myself paying attention to what the others were doing i made myself look back at my own map. thinking ahead well most of the time too.

two running intervals either side of the orienteering. hmm couldnt keep with Annika here. was it cos im not re-acclimatised to the cold yet (always hard to push hard when its this cold anyway)? or post-strength training? or still recovering from last week? but quite possibly she's just a bit fitter than me ;-)
