Note

pb for hungoverness, but more importantly am horrible horrible person when drunk :-( "not drinking again" is a strong statement but really think it might be time for that. looking forwards to being able to sTand up / eat again :-/

Went out for a standard Hittaut run but got slightly carried away and it ended up a bit of a monster, luckily had 20kr for chocolate and a drink to keep me moving on the way back :-)

a rest morning! time to take easy week seriously. some ideas from Rockgympa, some of my own, not as intense as Monday.

Linne Smålandskavlen training. Nice to be feeling more normal after the rest, very much reflecting training recently: legs and lungs strong on tracks and up hills, great everywhere it wasnt too rough. Navigation though was not keeping up. So much thinking about how my running was feeling and enjoying being strong that i never really éngaged enough. Inga started the same time and was the "smart girl" running behind and getting it right until i managed to drop her on an easier bit.

also went flying over (unmapped) ruined fence, landed on GOOD shoulder which went out of joint and back in. luckily near the end and could even carry on after lying and screaming a while. horrible, i dont want another winter dealing with spazzy shoulder joints :-/

not what i was intending! but all my stress caught up today, had to sleep some time in the afternoon and feeling crap. really i should have just planned this anyway for the easy week, but a bit too keen! with some more rest hope to be able to run strongly at Linne training tomorrow instead...

Jogged to Studenternas IP for drills on track, to check everything still worked. fine but some tired gluts going on, which i think is the point :-) this week is supposed to be an easier week for me, so hope i resist running hard tonight!

reviewing race from Saturday. looking at it now, it wasnt so good. there weren't many legs or places to go wrong, but i managed. lots of different small "mistakes" but all from not looking ahead enough or wide enough. equally though, im not sure i could have got much more from myself on that day. so a nice place to start from, onwards and upwards!

Linne group run, nice and social. about 5m/km pace, a bit faster than jogging but still comfy. loving being back in the city and able to get to more club training! time a guess.

Linne rockgympa. brill, good fun though hard work! i will hurt in the morning. lots of bouncing about and core work. so many people there too, cool :-)
