From home. The snow is now over my knees in most places, argh! But found a hill with a little path up, where it was a bit more manageable. 12 x about 1min 20, with the jog back down as a recovery. Feeling mostly back to normal now, just a bit tired still.

There must be a longer hill round here somewhere...!

Have to wait two weeks before i can get a new term membership for Fyrishov, so have to pay each time atm :-/

Legs a bit heavy from this morning but got a lot done anyway, and some dynamic stuff, so not too bad!

Haven't really managed to do much all day, oops. This is the second time in two weeks i've had to miss training cos i've been hung over, so time to stop with the parties and concentrate on running now!

Not v restful really, more travelling and sorting stuff out back in Uppsala, then out to a party for NYE. So no energy to do any real training! That can start tomorrow afternoon :-)

From home, similar route to last time but ran a different section of the cliff-top. It's been raining on top of the snow, so most of it was in slush which is HORRIBLE to run through. So not the most fun I've ever had with my running clothes on but I definitely earned some Christmas cake :-)

Have heard and read loads about barefoot running and thought I'd try it out for myself, so just went steadily on the treadmill a bit after my intervals (not for long cos I didn't wanna get blisters). Surprised at how good it felt and how much better my running technique felt than normal! So will carry on doing little bits of this.

5 x 6min/2min then 8 x 45s/15s. Tough! :-)
