Legs are pretty stiff from yesterday afternoon but feeling better than yesterday, am getting strong enough for this to be quite a hard cardiovascular workout :-)
Have physio appointment (finally) for Thurs - he's been on holiday... my shin is still not completely happy, but i hit it on a rock when i was in Perthshire the other week and it might be partly the bruising coming out from that. Not taking any risks, boring but sensible :-/
