Not-so-restful night out last night, was going to take another day off anyway though... I'm going to pretend last week never happened and carry on building up my running in a more gradual way.
2 x mini sprint races round the Lodge when we got home, only decided to do it at the last minute so only chance for a teeny weeny jog to warm up. Fun, but my legs were so tired, it took a lot of effort to run strongly. And we had no descriptions and i managed to mispunch, oops!
Feeling a bit tired today, got some translation work to do at short notice so had to get up at 5am to finish it, bleurgh!

Shadowing the kids and doing some of my own training. Out on the Trossachs today, can't believe i almost got to 21 without running here! was well nice apart from the bracken. Some yummy bilberries too :-)

Tired so no intervals, just concentrating on running technique.
Hanging controls and shadowing at Kinnoull. Also did some loops by myself. Made myself go through with the 'easier day' and took the afternoon off from running.
