No idea how long i took, was such a rubbish run, i messed up more here than on any other course i can remember. But there were bits i did well and at least my legs wanted to run today, even if my head didn't want to read the map. Fun!
Shin hurting though...

Little walk round the forest near accommodation, trying not to run on my shin too much.

Oops, made a few messes out there today. My legs felt real empty too, i think from nerves, was soooooo nervous before i started i was shaking! And my shin wasn't so happy with the concrete bits on the sprint.
