Bit of a fail on the planned intervals, feeling a bit knackered this morning (no real symptoms of illness though), thought I'd be okay once I started but on the first rep neither my legs nor lungs felt right, so I just went for a slow, steady run instead. Even so, felt pretty exhausted by the end of it. Guess I'm still a bit wiped out from the virus I've had this past week. Sleep and a sauna this afternoon should help :-)

Another easy session, feeling loads better today though, kind of a warm up for my gym stuff afterwards

Easier stuff than usual, hamstrings real tired on swiss ball stuff so did shorter sets then went back at the end and did 3 more short sets. Calves also tired. Some YWTAs with real light weights for my shoulder, managed to keep it in the socket :-).

Urgh not feeling great today, whatever I was trying to fight off at the weekend hasn't gone away. Feeling a bit headachy and a slight sore throat. So much better for going out for a little granny-jog though :-)
Hamstrings still tight from the weekend, I guess it was a tough couple of days when I havent had much hard running this year.
Also shins both feeling tight at the beginning, will massage them out before bed.

Recovery ride followed by lots of stretching. My legs are sooo stiff this morning!!
