combination session at the gym... wanted to go for longer (at lest 60mins on the bike) but my knee was a little bit uncomfortable where I had the tendonitis. I am such a wreck!! Still it was something, and my shin doesn't hurt at all. Was wanting so much to try running but managed to resist. Can I hold out til Tuesday?

Round Arthur's Seat in the snow, really nice! Lots of hills but didn't treat it as reps. Felt okay except for right shin, about half way down, feeling sore. Eek, could really do without this. Booked physio for Tuesday to get it checked out, and the next few days will be a variety of cross-training stuff and calf stretches. Meh.

Shoulder kinda tight and not v happy again. Think I'm a bit tense with the new workload this week? Not really time to do much more anyway as had early lecture. Got a bit of kickboarding in though :-)

Don't know exact times, but the middle one was 3:45 so i guess the average would be about that? Need to learn to pace myself more, too keen on the first one and feeling vvv tired on the third! Not bad, first proper intervals for a while, but left hamstring feeling a bit tight, no idea why.

including a few drills, but not v organised and forgot half of what i normally do! taking it carefully on the icy/slushy bits
