leg pretty sore so forced to take a rest day, seeing as how i cant swim properly with my shoulder... cripple or what?! at least i got some work done, and making xmas decorations. Might be good to start stretching, light stuff tomorrow.

Running - easy warm up/down (treadmill) 20:00 [1]

At gym, warming up for a few drills, keeping the running limited to stop my ankle/calf getting tight, concetrating on technique and posture. Forgot headphones so quite boring. Tight right upper inner hamstring/adductor area, but not a problem for this.

Just a few drills at the gym, some to stretch out and some to concentrate on posture and stuff.

Alternative training 15:00 [2]

Easy few minutes on the xtrainer, right inner hamstring still tight so kept it dead short because other training is more important. In total quite an easy gym session this morning, dont feel tired but thats okay, its more than i could do a couple of weeks ago, my calf seems loads better!

hmmm not great, felt the tight bit in my hamstring was def not happy with some stuff, will see how it is tomorrow but some ice and compression tonight. :-S otherwise fine. Kinda pissed off with myself, i guess i got a bit interval-happy doing two lots in a week when i hadnt done any for ages and so my legs got a bit worn down setting me up for this?? its really frustrating sometimes, but it should be better in about a week :-)

Rest day, so went to gym to weigh self and sauna :-)
pleased not to lose any more weight, all the cinnamon buns must be the answer. Will eat more of these. Feeling pretty ok after hills yesterday, will be extra ready for some good training tomorrow.

Hills, Holyrood Park. 3x3min 1min recovery between. Short session but really enjoyed it, should be okay to increase next week.

some kickboard stuff for 10mins, then trying to use my arms enough to get my shoulder stronger without dislocating it again! seemed to go okay, not really very useful for much other than rehab but it was something :-)
