At gym, warming up for a few drills, keeping the running limited to stop my ankle/calf getting tight, concetrating on technique and posture. Forgot headphones so quite boring. Tight right upper inner hamstring/adductor area, but not a problem for this.

Easy few minutes on the xtrainer, right inner hamstring still tight so kept it dead short because other training is more important. In total quite an easy gym session this morning, dont feel tired but thats okay, its more than i could do a couple of weeks ago, my calf seems loads better!

hmmm not great, felt the tight bit in my hamstring was def not happy with some stuff, will see how it is tomorrow but some ice and compression tonight. :-S otherwise fine. Kinda pissed off with myself, i guess i got a bit interval-happy doing two lots in a week when i hadnt done any for ages and so my legs got a bit worn down setting me up for this?? its really frustrating sometimes, but it should be better in about a week :-)
