Not feeling great but pushed myself out the door to the track (up at Sollentuna, stadion booked out as seems usual...) warm up by the lake, hurdle drills...
Running - hard intervals 20:20 [4]

Had been hoping for just short stuff but fitted in with Louise and Lisa. Bit of a mix but loosely progressive speeds. 1000, 800, 400, 1000, 600, 800, 1000, 600. Im still not exactly at my best but this actually felt good, fun and better than expected at least. Guesstimate time.
