Its jukola week! Time to try and save the season. How did i manage to get to this point in the year and still feel like everything is wrong? But trying to throw everything at it now. Slept badly and had to delay for work so just a short one round hökarängen then to the gym. Some exercises to try and get my running to even up. If I really concentrate on the pull back bit of each stride i can almost feel like myself.
