(little bit of an estimated time) 10x300 reps at IP, except #6 was only 200 cos i timed v badly with kids running sprints in PE. not much speed to offer at the minute but i guess this is the way to improve it. also r hip/SI not working v well, dont think i damage it by sprinting but it wasnt comfortable. need to stretch it out more i think. start every 3min.
