So glad i pulled out of varvet. Knee fine but really happy not to have travelled any more.

Back in the game, 12km split tempo (in 4s but usual "bonus breaks" needing the loo. Djurgården was a v poor choice in this respect. Need to strengthen everything round hips i think. Slept in again but i think training in the heat of the day is a good idea.
