Decided to make it a longer run today. With my bag from ropsten to the orienteering. Not wanting to slack too much here so a bit razzy at least til i was needing to find some forest for a pitstop, which proved problematic on the main road on Lidingö...

"long" race round elfsvik. Lots of paths so it would have been great to be able to push harder but i could just feel myself getting slowly tired (i think i told myself i was tired more than anything!)... The map scale took a bit of getting used to too, and my direction was pretty terrible - slow needle or slow brain?! But glad i got this effort done, i think theres some potential starting to be there for when im a bit rested up.
