Decided i should join an athletics club here if i want to keep pushing myself hard in running sessions - so much easier with a group! Finally made it along to a Spårvägen session. Tuesday is tempo training - 8km lower end of threshold, which i thought i might be able to manage today. Then 4x uphill strides. Not too bad feeling when running but aware im an idiot for training when im still on the back end of this illness. Rest tomorrow! Or at least half a day.
