Running - hard intervals 13:15 [4]

Mini session at the IP. Wanted to test my flats for hard running and work some higher gears but make sure i can recover properly in 48hrs. 5x800, manageable pace - a touch under 5km pace so i could use my watch to pace me every 200. Turned out there was football equipment to weave around on the straights too, not ideal but i still made the times no problem (consistent .39) and as would make sense after the last weeks, not digging too deep but rather a bit out of practice at this kind of running. 120 recoveries.
