Running - hard intervals 16:00 
shoes: Saucony Kinvara - July 2017
Had a "great idea" to frontload the day with early intervals. 2 x 8/1 min threshold feel up the incline then 8 x hills at hawsker (shorter hill than i remember, more like hill sprints!) then 5 x 30/90 on the way back to try and get a better turnover. Not much in the way of speed, long ints especially werent so successful. Hamstrings and glutes tight AF, i guess still from tuesday. Oh well, just about earned a croissant at least.
