Running - easy warm up/down 23:00 [2]

Morning jog. Feeling fine, managed to stub my toe just before going - okay for performance but blood dripping out my shoes, great.

Orienteering - hard race 14:00 [4]

Sprint Relay in turku. Absolutely bricking it about first leg before i ran but found it really quite stress free, just stuck in the back of the pack trying to be economical, and not trying to do too much. Everyone else made a small mistake before the final push back to the arena, which was flattering for me. No sprint finish but that wasnt part of the job.

At least toe has stopped bleeding now.
