full set of drills at the track. thought by the end of that my glutes would be operational enough for speedwork but it still hurt to run a proper stride. at least seem to have properly ditched the tio hangover now (definitely pulling out of running night at jukola, so i can empty the tank at venla and still have a hope of recovering for woc). ran some extra on näset to make up the time and get some sun.
