Earlyish on the treadmill before travelling. Dug out the 2x2k, 4x1km session. After some stress and not eating well the last couple of days i felt quite bad for the pace but forced self on at least til i felt really dizzy in the middle of the last km and had to jump ship. Oh well, good to get that much done anyhow. Looking forward to making some plans for the next block now, where there's a bit more focus on medium-harder running. Meant to do some core too but had to run off for a work meeting.
