Note
(rest day)

Attended Fitness Expo at Sydney ICC with KC.
Very weird.
Lots of ultra muscled and lean bodies that I don’t have the drive or dedication to achieve.
The expression of joy on the face of the young first timers coming first in their categories, after all that effort, was nice to see.
More fake tan (and other fake bodies parts) in one venue than I have ever seen before.

Run 5 km NSW - Official Dolls Point 28:56 [3]

Dolls Point parkrun.
79th parkrun. 50th location. 26th tourism run in a row.

First “D”. 17th Letter of Alphabet.

Nice chat with the run director due to “advertising board” on my back summarising my number of locations, tourism runs and an A-Z of where I have been to date.

Simple out and back course along the waters edge on concrete apart from sandy start as the reserves grass had been churned up. Only ocean view course I have done for a while but have at least 3 Sydney courses left which I expect will be similar (Curl Curl, Kamay and Cronulla).

Another one knocked off the Sydney list. Still have 5 to complete - Curl Curl, Mosman, Kamay, Cronulla all at 7 am and Menai at 8 am. After those completed likely to start heading out further to Wollongong area and other areas for weekends away.

Home after 2 am. Out of bed sometime after 7 am.

Upped weights to 20 kg for all activities apart from legs.
Crashed and burned through the chest track.

5 Shifts to go.
Not working tomorrow night or Saturday night so I get a long weekend with KC.

Slim pickings for classes during the day unless arrive at 5:30 pm which is impractical when getting home at 3 am. 6 shifts to go. At least last night our first aider was a no show and we can’t run without one so got to leave after 4 hrs rather than 11 hrs.

Upped weights for chest and back from 17 kg to 20 kg. Just need to shift warmup as well. Struggle but doable and body will adjust. Squats already on 30 kg but have done 35 kg before by mistake.

Need to start on the fat layer above the muscle to show some definition.

Nice long talk to instructor afterwards.
