May have been a little faster than this -- not sure. Did a 6x100m hill workout at the dump, then a 6.5 miler with the guys, and wrapped up with about 2 miles of frisbee. Came out to about 10. Legs were pretty tired by the frisbee game so I didn't play as hard as usual.

Did the 3200m at the dual meet with Liberty today. Shot for the school record but laps 3 & 6 were 73 and 74 seconds, respectively, and just too slow so I missed it by 4 seconds. I had planned to try to run 9:20 to make the math easy at each interval (1:10, 2:20, 3:30, etc.) but started to lag a little in the middle. Once I get into a big invite I'd like to think I will get it no problem, assuming I don't have a massive plateau. Good run so overall pretty happy!

Ran the 3rd leg of our 4x400 relay B-team. I was tired as hell from having just finished my 3200 but did it anyway as a nice little tune-up after the race. Didn't get my 400 split but I'm sure it was horrible.

Taking a stab at the school 3200m record tomorrow... should be a grind. If the usual LW track wind tunnel is there it will be a very very daunting task. Definitely up for it though... feel like I'm in good shape and ready to blast a 2 mile.

1 min hard, 1 easy, 2 hard, 2 easy...5 hard, 5 easy, 4 hard... ladder workout on the LW track. Switched to backwards direction after finishing first set of 4 min hard/easy.

Core/strength drills with the distance crew and some of the others. Burpees, push ups, other core drills.
