Did some running/geocaching today at Farrel-McWhirter and grabbed 8 caches while running for about 2 hours. Slowly, but for a long time.

Ran today on waterfront. Did some geocaching and found one, hence the stop in my running time.

X Country today at Kirkland Marina. Ran with lead group. Thought I was gonna lose it on the way back but managed.

9am training with Lake Washington Cross Country. Ran Bridle Trails for about 3.5 miles.
