Spinning class. I'm still amazed at how hard I can push myself with all the positive reinforcement from seeing the other people pushing as well. Maybe a good goal would be to have at least some time in zone 5. Hmmmm. It sounds easy, but I was pushing really hard already. I'll try. I've only got to get above 164. I can do that for a minute at least, right?

Orienteering race 54:13 [3] 4.33 km (12:32 / km) +77m 11:30 / km

Brown course at Hisey Park, set by Stryder. I wasn't moving very fast, but I was very clean. I didn't even run halfway to the first control. Some foot pain, including pain in the toes I bruised at Woodland Trails. A really nice course. A few gimme controls, but most were pretty tough. I haven't been south of the river (like Orange, Green and Red), but this place has potential for an A-meet middle. Kinda green, though. (I'd want to run the lidar to double check the flood plain features, though.)

I made a list of all the lidar projects I have started, even barely. It's embarrassingly long, with a very short list of completions. I want to show it around and get some input on what is most important.
