Indoor cycling at the gym with a long cooldown on the treadmill (watching TV). I did a few minutes of elliptical, but started feeling things in my feet, so I remembered I shouldn't do elliptical.
I did 20 minutes, then walked around to "eliminate numbness", then did 10 more minutes. This doesn't happen so badly when I'm on an actual bike. I think it's the enormous wide seat and lack of upper body position adjustment.
