The weights are getting up these days...I sure worked hard!

Run race 25:45 [5]

5k Park run.
Went out a little harder than 2 weeks ago and was about 15s faster through 2k. Therefore struggled a bit over the last couple of km.... but still 6s faster than 2 weeks ago.
Now only 29 sec behind my PB! well.. of the 10 park runs I have done.

There may be hope.

Good Union 5k run. Felt better than I was expecting after playing touch at lunch. But looking back to last year I got to 26:05 then.
Walked a bit of the 2nd hill climb!

Waikato Uni. 3.6k or so.
A couple of small mistakes. 30s perhaps and a small amount of faffing around with my phone.
Otherwise I felt quiet good and felt able to push at times. Annoyingly smashed by my brother by 2min. How does he do it!
