Took Hayden to RHS for the Tri-town College Fair and while he did his thing I elected to go on a brisk sojourn in the dark on the Rockville Spur. Exactly 5km out the end of the trail (where it intersects the Hop River) and back again.

Happy Hills moved to Henry Park in Vernon for the winter to avoid running in dark on Hopkins. More lights and slower traffic at Henry Park. Most ran repeats on the road to Fox Hill Tower, but there's a nice expanse of lawn/hill. Played with a few different options, but think I've got a decent loop, perhaps a half mile round trip, easily repeatable, but certainly not easy. Lights weren't on tonight, but I suspect they light it up as a sledding hill if/when the snow flies. Didn't feel like a full hour tonight, but will hopefully make this a consistent thing.
