TCRC Saturday Group Run. Was basically solo by the time I hit 1 mile, so just kind of decided to run a bunch of 400m repeats between the posts, 400m recovery, though HR didn't really recover much in the rest phases. Out to 3 miles and turned around. Can't say I enjoyed it, but glad I did it after the fact.
