Ben-Shemen.

Gu Gel every 0.5 hour (tri-beries and salted caramel).
3x250cc water per hour, one of them isotonic (Isostar Lemon).

Total 230 Cal. and 0.75L per hour.

Used Nathan belt for the drinks and Shlooker backpack for the food and equipment. Was very convenient.

Wore double socks, no chaffs but right foot got numb for a while.

Next time: same, but add one egg white and increase isotonics ratio to 1/2.
