Easy run with Abby up to Whiting Reservoir and back. I feel a bit tired, but no lingering soreness from yesterday. Yay! :)

Trail run around Smith Trails with Laura. Perfect afternoon shake-out run. Legs feel a bit tired (especially on uphills) but otherwise ok.

Ran Boston with Karin. We had fun, she kept my pace in check which was smart. Legs never got the fatigue that I feared would happen in the later miles.

Ran easy with Caroline around Amherst. She picked a pretty hilly route, but it felt good. Legs feel pretty good considering!

I was supposed to do yoga, but missed the class...so went for a run with Sarah instead. Easy shake-out, could feel the fatigue even with the short distance...

Easy run with Howie...testing out the legs...first real run post-Zion. Legs felt ok, but it was short and easy!!!
