Nice long paddle today. Going to have to do these 2-3 times a week as I build up to doing the avon for the next 2 months.

Upper body and arms were getting quite tired in the last 2 km.

Rode around the river (canning bridge -> mt henry) and around ardross/mt pleasent with amanda. Nothing too strenuous. She is recovering from a cold, so took it really easy.
