Fairly tired despite not having a second hard session this week. Long run including ESOC O event on Corstorphine Hill. Was good to get some map reading practice but it was rather badly needed with lots of scrappiness. Lovely sunny day. Really tired by end, last few km > 6min.

Martin's intervals. Missed the first one again, feeling fairly lethargic warming but felt good again once running. 3'37 / 3'36 / 3'39 / 3'37. Feeling like I have speed to spare, it's just that I can't push oxygen through any faster, which is how it should be I think.
