Tired run home from Hermiston Gait along the canal. Wasn't too too bad after a few km but definitely over-tired.

Legs still fairly tired and sore - shins needed some warming up - but did manage a long slow run. Today rather than Sunday so I can do intervals OK on Tuesday. Last couple of k were getting pretty hard.

TT was a time trial up the Roseburn Cycle path from the Haymarket end to Faerry Road bridge and back. Still fairly tired from Tuesday but running fine considering.

Back to Martin's Intervals for first time in a long, long time. Switching from strength block to aerobic intervals block now. 3 x long in 4'50, 4'46, 4'52 (ave. 3'51/km), then short in 4ish. Despite time being far off previous efforts I did feel pretty good running, although I was starting to lose it by end of 3rd rep. Right shin settled warming up slowly beforehand and I didn't feel as badly affected by Saturday as I had feared. Hopefully I'll get the speed up again soon...
