Mudbath @ National XC. 329/647. +40.7%. New 10km course around Callendar Park. Felt fairly rested for several days off - although less rested after standing around spectating beforehand. Felt quite good. Extremely muddy and gained places from time to time by running at the edge of the course/charging in a straight line through mud or otherwise contemplating the best running line. Overtook SimonH/DaveM on 3rd lap, less than 1m behind George. Definitely seeing some benefit from recent training.
