TT was 6 x (up Johnston Terrace to the top of the steps/down the steps and back up again). Was pretty useless all round. Partly due to Saturday but I'm dire at very steep slopes. Not sure how to fix this. Glute exercises in gym? Can't practically do steep slope intervals every week. I did best at this sort of thing when I was doing rowing machine intervals. Hmmm.
